Due to the unique handmade nature of idọ items, you can find the individual processing times in the "product details" section of each item. All items have processing times that best reflect the necessary quality and care needed to produce every piece.

Custom
For all custom orders, expect a follow-up email within 1-2 business days of your order. Processing time will vary upon request.

We offer shipping via USPS and DHL for all US shipping destinations. Shipping charges ill be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred destination of country. IDO is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.
